Enter the hub at their main entrance. Reception is on your immediate left. Tell the receptionist you have come to see a counsellor and take a seat in the main seating area to your right.

Disabled access is via the rear of the building where there are 2 dedicate parking spaces. The counselling room, is on the first floor, there is a stair lift.

Venue Information:

Morning: Clients can ask for Victoria at the reception and take a seat.
Evening: No waiting room. For early arrivals, please wait a couple of minutes before the arranged session time and then ring the bell.

Parking: Free on-street parking is available on Broad Street and Star Lane (limited to 1 hr) and on many other town centre streets (limited to 2 hours). There are pay and display car parks off North Street, St Leonards Street, Wharf Road and adjacent to the town meadows at Bath Row and the Cattle Market. Please allow time for finding a parking space.
